Position Overview
We’re hiring an Administrative Financial Assistant to keep our finance and partner operations running smoothly. You will assist with accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), commission management, partner onboarding, and general administrative tasks that support our Finance, Partnerships, and Executive teams.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send invoices; maintain AR aging; post receipts and reconcile deposits; coordinate reminders and escalate past-due items; maintain customer billing records and supporting documentation.
Accounts Payable (AP): Enter/code vendor bills; manage approvals; schedule payments; reconcile credit cards and expense reports; maintain vendor files (W-9s, profiles) and 1099 support.
Commission Management: Maintain deal logs and commission matrices; prepare monthly commission statements; validate inputs against lender/partner reports; track payouts and resolve discrepancies.
Partner Onboarding: Collect and file partner agreements and payment details; set up partners in CRM/finance systems; provision access to portals; schedule kickoffs; share enablement materials; maintain partner roster and payout settings.
General Administrative Support: Assist with calendar/travel coordination; prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups; organize digital files (Drive/Notion); maintain SOP checklists and recurring task cadences; support office operations (vendors, supplies, mail/shipments).
Close & Controls Support: Assist with month-end close checklists, reconciliations, and tie-outs (banks, AR/AP, commissions); uphold documentation standards, approval limits, and confidentiality/InfoSec procedures.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping/finance admin or operations support (startup or financial-services experience a plus).
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (Advanced preferred) and bill-pay/expense tools (Bill.com, Ramp, or similar).
- Strong spreadsheet skills (lookups, pivot tables) and comfort working with statements and PDFs.
- Clear written and verbal communication; highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Discretion handling sensitive financial and personal data.
Nice to Have: Payroll/benefits exposure (Gusto/ADP); CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce); experience with commissions or revenue-share payouts; SBA, lending, mortgage, or brokerage exposure.
